Other than our regular or smoked pork sausages, all of our products are 100% gluten free. 

We use no steroids, hormones or unnecessary antibiotics in the raising of our animals.  While not certified organic we use organic, holistic and regenerative practices whenever possible and avoid synthetic chemical sprays on our pastures and in our milled feed.  Both Miranda and Jean-Paul have taken the Holistic Management course through Holistic Management Canada.
